1. What is your return policy?

  • Answer: We gladly accept returns within 30 business days of receipt for most items in new condition. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

  • Answer: The processing time is typically 1-5 business days. Standard shipping to the USA takes 3-7 business days. International shipping takes approximately 10-30 days.

3. What are the shipping costs?

  • Answer: Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your order total. For specific shipping fees, add items to your cart and view the total during checkout. You can find more information under Shipping & Delivery.

4. How can I track my order?

  • Answer: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will contain tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment. You can also click on Order Tracking to track your purchase as well. 

5. Can I exchange items or do I need to return for a refund?

  • Answer: Currently, we process all exchange requests as refunds. If you wish to exchange a product, you'll need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

6. What if I receive the wrong size or a defective item?

  • Answer: Please contact our Customer Service with photos showing the sizing issue or defect. We will review and provide a suitable solution. Your satisfaction is important to us.

7. Do you offer international shipping?

  • Answer: Yes, we offer international shipping. However, please be aware that import taxes, duties, and customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your country's customs office.

8. Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it's placed?

  • Answer: We process orders quickly, so once your order is in our system or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes.

9. How long does it take to receive a refund to my credit card?

  • Answer: The entire refund process may take between 10-30 business days, as it depends on your card-issuing bank. While we can issue the refund within 24 hours, the processing speed of your card bank can vary.

10. What if my package is lost or not delivered, even though the tracking shows 'delivered'?

  • Answer: If tracking shows 'delivered' but you haven't received your package, please contact the courier directly for an investigation. We will not be responsible for lost packages with 'delivered' status.

11. Are there additional customs charges for international orders?

  • Answer: Yes, import taxes, duties, and customs fees may be charged on international orders. These charges are determined by the customs office of the destination country.

12. Can I return customized items?

  • Answer: We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized items once they are processed since they are made specifically for you. However, non-customized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

13. What if my package is delayed due to COVID-19?

  • Answer: Due to the impact of COVID-19, shipments from certain locations may experience delays. All-over print items shipped from Hong Kong may take an average of 10 business days, but delays of up to 20 business days are possible. We appreciate your understanding during these challenging times.
