SHIPPING CONFIRMATION Once your purchase has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be dispatched to your email. This confirmation will grant you the capability to track your shipment. Shipping expenses depend on the package's weight and the destination of delivery. Customers bear the responsibility for customs duties and taxes pertaining to International orders.

TRACKING In the event that the tracking information confirms delivery to your specified address, yet you have not received the package, we recommend reaching out directly to the courier for investigation. Packages marked as "delivered" in tracking status are beyond our responsibility.

Following the shipment of your package, which occurs after 1-3 business days of processing time and 1-6 business days of processing time for all over print (i.e. tie dye), kindly allow an additional 1-2 days for tracking updates. If the estimated delivery date has elapsed or you have concerns about the shipping status, please do not hesitate to contact us.

DELIVERY Your local customs authority may necessitate additional documentation and time for package clearance, potentially causing delays in the anticipated delivery time.

TAXES & DUTIES Upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country, import taxes, duties, and relevant customs fees may be levied. The customs office of the specific destination determines these charges. Customers are responsible for adhering to local customs policies and covering all import duties and/or taxes.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS As the customer, it is your responsibility to verify local postal regulations regarding restricted items, as we are not liable for items rejected by the destination country. Please check the given tracking number periodically to ensure your package isn't being held at the destination post office. 

CANCELLATION/CHANGES Should you need to alter or cancel your order, we urge you to contact us at the earliest opportunity. We process and ship orders expeditiously and, once in our warehouse, changes are unfeasible. Orders that have already been packed or dispatched cannot be canceled.

SEPARATE PACKAGES In certain instances, orders may be separated into multiple packages for the following reasons:

• Certain items may be on backorder.
• Weight constraints established by the postal service for standard shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES Returns for any reason are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if the reason for return is due to a damaged item. Return labels are not provided. If you need to return an item please use the 'Contact Us' form at the bottom of this page and include your reason for return.
