Post Office Drop-Off: Take your securely packaged return to your local post office for shipping.

Processing Time: Most returns are processed within 5 business days of our receipt of your package. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Return Conditions:

Decision Window: You have a 30-business-day window to decide if an item suits your needs. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of its delivery.

Pristine Condition: Returned items must be in their unused condition, complete with the original packaging. We are unable to accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Return Requests: Returns should only be initiated through proper return requests. Items sent back without the appropriate return requests will not be accepted.

Return Costs: We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service for return packages. The cost of returns is the responsibility of the sender.

Verification of Sizing: If you believe the sizing of an item is incorrect, kindly provide us with images displaying the measurement discrepancies. We will thoroughly assess the matter and offer a reasonable solution if the measurements significantly differ from those listed on our website.

Shipping Fees and Shipping Guarantee: Please note that the original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Return Address:

To obtain the nearest return address, please get in touch with our Customer Service. We aim to respond promptly to your request. Please do not ship your return to the address on the package, as it is not our designated return address and could affect the processing of your return.

Refund Status:

For credit card refunds, the entire process may take between 10 to 30 business days, as your card-issuing bank requires time to process the refund. While we can refund your card account within 24 hours, the transfer to your card account is subject to your card bank's processing speed. Kindly consult your card bank for detailed information. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. For the exact return shipping fee, we recommend contacting your local post office.

Exchange Policy:

At this time, all exchange requests will be processed as refunds, as exchange services are currently unavailable. If you desire to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

  • Freight To Collect (FTC) service for return packages is not provided.
  • We do not charge relisting fees.
